Do you need a down payment?
Yes, a down payment starts every project. On rare occasions we first show that the job can be done before asking for any payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Only if we are unable to complete the project on our end.
How can I pay?
We accept GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya) and cryptocurrency.

Is there a limit to what you can build?
If Discord's platform supports it, we can build it. Tell us the idea and we will say honestly whether it is possible.
How long does a project take?
Discord bots take about 1 week on average and websites about 1 month. A bot and website combo takes 1 to 2 months.
Do you handle hosting?
Yes. Hosting setup is included with every bot. Websites come with free hosting and free domain setup.
What database will my project use?
Bots use SQLite or JSON storage. Websites and bot plus website combos use MongoDB, so the bot and site can share data.
What happens after launch?
We keep fixing bugs and making minor adjustments for free. Just message us when something needs a change.
